Frequently asked questions.

Where are you based? 
I am based in Leicestershire. I travel all around the UK for all events.

What is the booking process?
After your enquiry, I will be in touch with you and we can talk through what you would like.
If you decide to go ahead and book me for your event, I will require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
I will then email you an invoice for the outstanding amount.
 
How far in advance should we book?
It's recommended to book as early as possible to secure your dates. I will require your venue and date before booking.

Do you provide your own sound equipment?
Yes I provide my own professional Bose sound equipment, including microphones & speakers.
All of my equipment is PAT tested and I carry public liability insurance, which I can provide if the venue requires it. 

Can we choose our songs for our wedding? 
ABSOLUTELY!!,  For wedding, I will learn your aisle song, exit song and first dance songs. 
Any additional songs I can learn will need to be discussed as early as possible, any issues you will be informed in advance to your special event.
 
How early will you need to arrive to set up?
I will always arrive to the venue 1/2 hours before the event starts. I like to have the time to set up all my equipment, meet the staff at the venue and have time to sound check. 

Do you charge extra for travel?
Yes I will charge a fee.I will include any travel costs in your custom quote.
